Tap Associates, Inc., operates this site along with the shopping cart and is the USA Original Manufacturer and seller of Self-Locking Tap Extension products on the web at www.tapextension.com.
Our #1 goal is to provide our Distributors and their customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. We provide the following information to help assure this goal is accomplished with every order made.
The following Terms apply to all online purchases made through purchase orders, third party merchant services and this website. You agree to these Terms by placing orders through this site, by purchase order or by voice authorization. We may change or update these Terms at any time
Keep it local! If your local tool distributor is not currently a reseller of our product, new accounts can normally be processed same-day and product on its way to you.
Find an Authorized Distributor near you, please call 800-566-4827 or email your request. All online orders must be placed using the order form provided on this site. You must complete all information requested on the form for the order to be processed. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tap Associates, Inc. There are no minimum order requirements.
All products will be shipped (no handling fee) and delivered FOB Tap Associates, Inc. (Yerington NV 89447). Buyers may request collect shipment service with your account number. Prepaid services are available to open accounts only.
We offer the following carrier services;
*Fed Ex (drop box service NO extra fee)
*USPS (drop box service NO extra fee)
International: UPS, *FED Ex, *USPS Global Express Guaranteed, *Express Mail International, *Priority Mail International (buyer pays applicable insurance, duty and taxes)
*Only available same-day with Drop Off service only - no extra fees
Orders are processed to ship via UPS Ground same-day Monday through Friday before 2:00PM (Pacific).
Expedited orders (UPS - 3 day select, 2nd day and Next Day Air) will ship same day Monday through Friday before 1:30pm (Pacific)
*Drop service request for FedEx and USPS weekdays before 1:30PM (Pacific)
Tap Associates, Inc. also offers our Registered Distributors collect or prepaid options with UPS or FedEx service. No handling or service fee is added to shipping charges.
Tap Associates, Inc. assumes no liability for damage, loss or delay when orders are shipped and have left our facility. Shipping costs are determined by the shipment weight, origin zip code (89447) and destination zip code. Orders may arrive in more than one package and/or on different dates.
Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. Tap Associates, Inc. reserves the right to make partial shipments unless clearly specified by the Buyer. Back ordered items will ship within 24 hours of product re-stock. All items in a single order must be shipped to a single address.
Product List-MAP (Minimum advertised) pricing has been maintained since 2006. The price for a product is the price in effect at the time we receive your order. We may change prices at any time. If if at any time an incorrect price for an item is mis-quoted or listed in publication, we will notify you before the item is shipped.
All prices are in U.S. Dollar currency. Prices listed on this site do not include wholesale, applicable sales tax or shipping charges.
Any tax, duty, customs fees or any other fees of any nature imposed upon this transaction by any Federal, State or local governmental authority shall be paid by the Buyer in addition to the price quoted or invoiced. In the event Tap Associates, Inc. is required to prepay any such tax, Tap Associates, Inc. will issue a separate invoice for these charges.
Orders for standard items stocked by Tap Associates, Inc. may be canceled before shipment without additional cost. Non Standard, Special Order and Non Stocked items may not be canceled.
No hassle 30-day return or exchange from invoice date and is subject to manufacturer inspection and return to stock.
Tap Associates, Inc. warrants that the goods purchased are free from defects in workmanship or material. Tap Associates, Inc. shall replace goods which are defective in material or workmanship, or credit Buyer the purchase price (subject to manufacturer inspection) if such goods are returned, pass inspection and are received back to stock. Tap Associates, Inc. does not guarantee any of its goods against wear, age, abuse or modification.
